Good Morning LeRay’s Leaders! You are not previewing a video this morning because I not able to talk with a frog in my throat and coughing. In addition, I had a little accident with making smores last night and I have a homemade botox treatment – you would be amazed!

Anyway – let’s get down to business and sharing what is going on with our team. We are rocking and rolling.  Look who is doing WHAT:

Cynthia Reason – Open House with over $300 in sales and counting

Margaret Bell – recruited her 4th team member – Welcome Meredith Peatross from Raleigh, NC – Margaret is only 1 team member away from going on-target for car! Woo Hoo. You go girl!

Jean Bender and Mary Ann LeRay – Open House Dec 11th and 12th, Chocolate and Facials Night and Pedicure Night – I am estimating $2000 in sales so far and we have more preview appointments this week. Woo Hoo! Are we in a recession? I love this business.

Holly Ladner – recruited a brand new team member – Welcome Ginger Gorell from Apex! Ginger has already committed to her Power Start in January. Ginger will be another qualified consultant on our team and on-target for STAR!

Speaking of STAR – our quarter ends on the 15th and look who is making it happen!

I know we will finish with 8 STARS with a total of 13 for the 2 quarters. Our unit will be recognized for TOP PERFORMANCE in San Diego, CA when we finish with 13 STARS!  

December is an amazing month. Most people are chilling out and waiting for the NEW YEAR. I challenge you to work harder this month than ever before. You will be so glad you did when Jan 1 rolls around. You will already have your books filled and ready to work. I am excited about 2010.
